Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki sessions are individual treatments lasting 1 hour.

The amount of sessions you may require will be discussed at your initial appointment. To fully feel the benefits of Reiki four sessions is recommended.

Sound Healing

Sound Healing sessions are individual treatments lasting 1hr 15mins.

The amount of sessions you may require will be discussed at your initial appointment. It is recommended to really feel the benefits of sound healing three treatments is recommended.

Breathwork & Meditation

A Breath work & Meditation treatment is a wonderful treatment, using your powerful breath along with a guided meditation. You may choose an individual session or a session with a friend or partner. Each session last 45mins.
